It’s about that time of the year again. Erb Transport is hosting its annual appreciation barbecues. In previous years, these barbecues have been the highlight of everyone’s summer. It is an occasion for employees to get together, have a nice meal, soak in the sun and relax outside of the office. This year, we are celebrating a significant milestone – our 60^th anniversary. Therefore, our barbecues are going to have a special and exciting surprise! As usual, we are inviting all of our employees to bring their family and friends to the barbecue; and our customers are more than welcome to join. What’s special about this year is that our Recruiting Department will be present at the events to actively recruit drivers. Yes, you read that right! Not only is this an opportunity for Erb Transport to engage and connect with our local community, we also want to introduce ourselves to prospective drivers and give them a chance to get to know us – all while enjoying a variety of delicious food! As a company, we take care of our employees. Because our terminals and drivers spread widely across Canada, we organize appreciation events for various days throughout the summer. That way, drivers can stop by the closest one at their convenience. In addition, we also try to run our barbecues for longer hours to ensure all employees are included. This is how the Erb family stays connected: we put our people first. • North Bay (July 11): 3:00 – 6:00 pm
• Montreal (August 2): 4:00 – 7:00 pm
• Baden (August 22): 4:00 – 7:00 pm
