On January 30^th, 2018, CarriersEdge and the TCA announced that Erb Transport has been named one of the 20 Best Fleets to Drive For 2018. Erb is among the four Canadian companies to win this prestigious award. The “Best Fleets to Drive For” award recognizes companies that create and provide outstanding work environments for their employees.   To be eligible for this award, each fleet must receive a nomination from at least one driver or owner-operator.  CarriersEdge then interviews Human Resource representatives, as well as company executives regarding policies, programs, and their strategic directions. According to Jane Jazrawy, co-founder of CarriersEdge, the average satisfaction level among all winning companies was over 90%. Erb Transport was also a "Best Fleets to Drive For”  in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016. Erb was also named “Best Fleet to Watch” in 2014.   Here at Erb Transport, we are so honored to be nominated for this award.
