April 12, 2024, OTTAWA, ON — On April 10, 2024, Trucking HR Canada (THRC) unveiled the Top Fleet Employers list for 2024, which included 104 trucking companies in Canada. Among the list of distinguished winners, The Erb Group was recognized for an 11th consecutive year for its exceptional dedication to introducing innovative Human Resource practices for its employees and leading the industry forward. Standing proudly among seven other elite fleets of the program, The Erb Group is part of the first group of Canadian transportation companies that joined the Top Fleet program when it first launched eleven years ago. Employers honoured with a spot in the program’s ranks for a minimum of five and ten years are awarded Top Fleet Employer of Distinction status.
