Erb Group named a 2026 Top Fleet Employer of Distinction

Wilmot, Ontario (April 9, 2026) — The Erb Group is honoured to be named one of Canada’s 2026 Top Fleet Employers by Trucking HR Canada (THRC), marking the 13th consecutive year the organization has received this prestigious recognition.

Top Fleet Employers is a national initiative that recognizes fleets with HR policies and practices that meet the highest standards within the sector. Employee feedback is a key component of the program. It is not a competition but a rigorous review process in which applicants are evaluated on multiple criteria: skills development, workplace culture, employee engagement, recruitment practices, compensation, sustainability, community engagement, and innovative HR policies.   This year’s TFE class represents regions across Canada and fleets of all sizes. Fleets that are being recognized for five, 10, or more years earn Top Fleet Employer of Distinction status. Trucking HR Canada is a non-profit, national workforce development council, and the trusted source for labour market intelligence and advancing industry-leading HR solutions for Canada’s trucking and logistics workforce. They collaborate, partner, and work with a dynamic national-provincial-territorial network, including industry associations, government, and industry professionals, to ensure Canada’s freight transportation network has the skilled workforce required for today and into the future.   The 2026 Top Fleet Employers will be recognized and celebrated at the 13 th annual Awards Gala at the Palais Royale in Toronto on October 14th, 2026.
