ERB NAMED ONE OF THE 2021 BEST FLEETS TO DRIVE FOR

The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and CarriersEdge announced today that Erb has been named a 2021 Best Fleets to Drive For!

The Best Fleets to Drive For program was launched in 2008 and recognizes for-hire trucking companies from across North America that go above and beyond the standards of workplace satisfaction. The process involves in-depth interviews with 100+ nominated fleets, collecting surveys and identifies the most successful programs and emerging trends across the industry. Fleets are also evaluated using a scoring matrix covering a variety of categories.

“We truly appreciate that our drivers took the time to complete these surveys.” says Tom Boehler, Director of Safety and Compliance. “This program has been very beneficial for Erb because it allows us to gather input and ideas from our drivers, identifying areas of strength and areas we can improve on. There are also a lot of great ideas shared by other companies on best industry practice and new initiatives.”

Since the program debuted in 2008, Erb has been named a Best Fleet to Drive For nine times as well as being named a Best Fleet to Watch in 2014.

Out of the top 20 winners, the TCA will announce the overall winners in the large and small fleet categories at the TCA Annual Convention scheduled  to take place on April 17-20 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
