Wellbeing support services in your benefits
Most employees at The Erb Group of Companies, have access to various practitioner benefits. We encourage you to make utilizing them in 2022 a priority. You have benefits covering expenses for naturopaths, social workers, physiotherapists, and massage therapists, to name a few.
Accessing the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Trucking poses several risk factors when it comes to mental, as well as physical health issues. Long driving shifts, disrupted sleep patterns, social isolation, and delivery urgency can all create health issues, such as sleep apnea, obesity, diabetes, drug and alcohol abuse, and psychological problems. Our EAP program sits separate from employee health benefits but is a helpful resource to access confidential counselling for you or your immediate family. For more information and pre-approval, contact Human Resources HR – EAP helpline by calling 1-800-291-2710 ext. 3998 or email EAP@erbgroup.com.
