The Employee Choice Awards (ECA) embodies our shared values, promotes a higher standard of how we do business and encourages us to make a remarkable impact through our daily interactions with peers, clients and community members.
In 2023, The Erb Group announced the launch of our first Annual Employee Choice Award program, which blossomed to help drive employee recognition and support. By placing the power of recognition in the hands of employees, we have the opportunity to acknowledge the unique contributions of each team member and cultivate an environment where appreciation and mutual respect flourish.

Coaching Champion Award
The coaching champion award is presented to Foreman, Supervisors, Managers and (Sr.) Directors in the workplace who go the extra mile to help others grow personally and professionally. Coaches provide feedback to help team members make decisions by setting clear expectations, providing appreciation, and placing employees in positions where they excel the most. Coaches help employees reach their maximum potential while establishing genuine relations with team members based on mutual trust and respect.
