Erb’s Annual Golf Tournament Raises More Than $23,000 for Local Community Groups

Erb Group’s 33^rd annual Charity Golf Tournament was a swinging success, bringing together 140 employees, business partners, and suppliers to raise money for local non-profit organizations.

This year’s tournament, held on September 17, raised more than $23,000 for The Wilmot & Wellesley Resource Centre, Tri-County Mennonite Homes and Interfaith Counselling Centre. Since its inception, the tournament has raised more than $623,000.

“Thank you to everyone who came out to help us raise money for these great causes,” said Erb CEO, Wendell Erb. “People helping make a difference is what this industry, and this event, are all about.”

This donation provides important mental health and counselling support, community and social housing support, and food assistance to residents across Waterloo Region. This event is one example of Erb’s continued commitment to community support, including sponsorships across Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba.
