Greg Tuckwell joined The Erb Group in 2018 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2023. He recalled, "In 2012, while pursuing opportunities with a potential client, I faced a regulatory hurdle requiring a higher authority's signature for an NDA. It was then my father suggested it was time for me to take on the role of President, passing on the reins."
