‘Twas the week before Christmas, and all through the land,<\/p>\n
Refrigerated trucking was in high demand.<\/p>\n
Grocery stores were stocking up for the big Christmas feast,<\/p>\n
Erb drivers and staff were busy, to say the least.<\/p>\n
The sales team was hopping, dispatch was in high gear,<\/p>\n
The phones lines were ringing from ear to ear.<\/p>\n
When out in the yard there arose such a clatter,<\/p>\n
Wendell ran from his desk to see what was the matter.<\/p>\n
Away to driver\u2019s room he flew like a flash,<\/p>\n
Tore open the door and made a large \u201cclash\u201d.<\/p>\n
To what should his wondering eyes would appear,<\/p>\n
But Vernon and his 9900 were here!<\/p>\n
They checked the outgoing loads with great care,<\/p>\n
And said to each other, \u201cwow, everything\u2019s there\u201d<\/p>\n
The loads were delivered, the customers happy.<\/p>\n
Erb staff are the best, but let\u2019s not get sappy.<\/p>\n
Now remember everyone, we always do what we\u2019re able,<\/p>\n
