La course Stratford 5K Charity Run\/Walk, qui a eu lieu le 1er octobre 2023, \u00e9tait un \u00e9v\u00e9nement m\u00e9morable qui a permis de rassembler entreprises, membres de la communaut\u00e9 de Stratford et r\u00e9sidents de la R\u00e9gion de Waterloo. Cette ann\u00e9e, cette course de bienfaisance, \u00e0 laquelle plus de 300 personnes ont particip\u00e9, a r\u00e9colt\u00e9 20 000 $. En plus, 62 % des participants sont venus de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la Ville, ce qui n\u2019a fait que renforcer son impact positif et financier sur l\u2019organisme The Local Community Food Centre, dont la mission consiste \u00e0 venir en aide \u00e0 ceux et celles qui font face aux obstacles \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux aliments nutritifs. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9colt\u00e9 encore plus d\u2019argent gr\u00e2ce au bouche-\u00e0-oreille, comparativement \u00e0 la somme qu\u2019elle avait obtenue \u00e0 raison des inscriptions. Enfin, c\u2019\u00e9tait la collecte de dons, laquelle a cr\u00fb de 201 % par rapport \u00e0 2022, qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le plus grand impact. Un participant a m\u00eame r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 collecter 2 000 $ \u00e0 lui seul.<\/p>\n
