En ce mois de juin, le Groupe Erb souhaite exprimer sa gratitude envers ses m\u00e9caniciens qui travaillent d\u2019arrache-pied pour cette entreprise. C\u2019est dans cette perspective que nous mettons en vedette certains de nos m\u00e9caniciens de nos terminaux pour souligner leur emploi et montrer \u00e0 quel point ils sont essentiels. Le m\u00e9tier de m\u00e9canicien en est un de fiert\u00e9. Et chez Groupe Erb, nous faisons partie d\u2019une \u00e9quipe qui favorise l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de nos m\u00e9caniciens au sein m\u00eame du m\u00e9tier.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Quand on est m\u00e9canicien, les jours ne se ressemblent pas. Bien s\u00fbr, les terminaux sont diff\u00e9rents, mais les t\u00e2ches aussi. Nous avons eu l\u2019occasion de discuter avec quelques m\u00e9caniciens de diff\u00e9rents terminaux pour mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le qu\u2019ils jouent chez Erb, ainsi que les similitudes et les diff\u00e9rences au sein de cette entreprise. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les m\u00e9caniciens avec qui nous avons pu discuter, Garry, Cole et Tim ont effectivement confirm\u00e9 que les jours ne se ressemblent pas et que ce qu\u2019ils aiment le plus de leur m\u00e9tier, c\u2019est la grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir chaque jour. Bien entendu, ils effectuent certaines t\u00e2ches plus souvent que d\u2019autres. Cela dit, parfois ils ont \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une t\u00e2che qu\u2019ils n\u2019auront pas \u00e0 refaire d\u2019ici six mois ou un an, mentionne Tim.<\/p>\n

En effet, ils sont tous d\u2019accord sur le fait que le plus grand d\u00e9fi pour eux, c\u2019est de rester au courant des nouvelles technologies dans leur domaine, ce qui peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer difficile, mais valorisant, parce qu\u2019ils apprennent sans cesse de nouvelles choses au travail.<\/p>\n

Garry Dyke, m\u00e9canicien au terminal de Toronto, note que ce qui lui pla\u00eet le plus chez Groupe Erb, c\u2019est le milieu de travail d\u00e9tendu, o\u00f9 personne ne le scrute \u00e0 la loupe et o\u00f9 ses coll\u00e8gues lui font confiance.<\/p>\n

Cole Fenton et Tim Birley, m\u00e9caniciens au terminal de Baden, adorent leurs emplois chez Groupe Erb pour plusieurs raisons. Selon Cole, le Groupe Erb dispose de toutes sortes d\u2019\u00e9quipements incroyables et il est \u00e9vident que cette entreprise prend soin de ses employ\u00e9s. En fait, l\u2019offre de formation constitue l\u2019une des fa\u00e7ons dont le Groupe Erb soutient ses employ\u00e9s, remarque-t-il.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Quant \u00e0 Tim, il explique que le fait de faire partie d\u2019une \u00e9quipe qui livre des aliments jusqu\u2019aux tables de familles partout repr\u00e9sente une exp\u00e9rience valorisante pour lui.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, Garry recommande sans h\u00e9sitation aux autres de venir travailler pour le Groupe Erb, notamment en raison du fait qu\u2019il a la chance de r\u00e9parer des choses (ce qui lui pla\u00eet beaucoup) et du salaire int\u00e9ressant. En plus, la formation est pay\u00e9e et un emploi est garanti au terme de ses \u00e9tudes, mentionne-t-il. Quoi de mieux pour lancer sa carri\u00e8re?<\/p>\n
