{"id":1618,"date":"2021-01-06T18:22:29","date_gmt":"2021-01-06T23:22:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/erbgroup.com\/?p=1618"},"modified":"2023-02-08T10:01:37","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T15:01:37","slug":"bestfleets2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/erbgroup.com\/fr\/bestfleets2021\/","title":{"rendered":"ERB NAMED ONE OF THE 2021 BEST FLEETS TO DRIVE FOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and CarriersEdge announced today that Erb has been named a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2021 Best Fleets to Drive For!<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Best Fleets to Drive For<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> program was launched in 2008 and recognizes for-hire trucking companies from across North America that go above and beyond the standards of workplace satisfaction. The process involves in-depth interviews with 100+ nominated fleets, collecting surveys and identifies the most successful programs and emerging trends across the industry. Fleets are also evaluated using a scoring matrix covering a variety of categories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe truly appreciate that our drivers took the time to complete these surveys.\u201d says Tom Boehler, Director of Safety and Compliance. \u201cThis program has been very beneficial for Erb because it allows us to gather input and ideas from our drivers, identifying areas of strength and areas we can improve on. There are also a lot of great ideas shared by other companies on best industry practice and new initiatives.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the program debuted in 2008, Erb has been named a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Best Fleet to Drive For<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nine times as well as being named a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Best Fleet to Watch<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Congratulations to all the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2021 Best Fleets to Drive For<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fleets to Watch<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
